This is a one time fee that is used by The Viewpointe to help offset the cost of furnishing and maintaining shared common areas, such as the dining room, library, and social room. The Community Fee is refundable on a pro-rated basis if the resident is discharged or wishes to leave within the first three months of occupancy.
