Visitors are often surprised when they see our range of apartment homes and custom interior options. Compared to most other options in the market, The Viewpointe is known for providing more square footage for the money, more closet space, and full kitchens with open-burner stoves. We offer two bedroom suites up to 1200 square feet and you may even get to be involved in the selecting of finishing materials and design.
The Viewpointe on Queen Anne requires a Community Fee prior to occupancy. The Community Fee is $1,500. This is a one time fee that is used by The Viewpointe on Queen Anne to help offset the cost of furnishing and maintaining shared common areas, such as the dining room, library, and social room.
Two Bedrooms: $2700 and up
1200 square feet: two bathrooms, full kitchen, large living and dining rooms, washer and dryer available, two balconies with views.
966 square feet, two bathrooms: lots of storage, corner unit, city and lake views.
966 square feet, one bathroom: full kitchen, lots of storage, private balcony, city and lake views.
862 square feet: large kitchen, lots of storage, open floor plan, lake views.
One Bedrooms: $2100 and up
627 square feet: lake or city view, full kitchen, lots of storage.
580 - 600 square feet: lake or city view, full kitchen, lots of storage.
Studios: $1900 and up
472 square feet: a great view, full kitchen and bath, ample storage.
